How is My Little Pie handled
during the war?
The war divided the life of each of us into before and after. At the
beginning of the war, My Little Pie was actively involved in volunteer
activities and stopped production for a while, considering the course of its
further events. However, already in 2023, we continued our work. Now we are
doing everything possible to support the economy and make your kids happy no
matter what.
Delivery conditions and
changes (during the war)
Above all, we hope you are
staying safe and following all the rules during this difficult time. Our online
store is open as usual, and we make every effort to deliver orders worldwide
with minimal delays (no delays in Ukraine). However, in this situation, not
everything depends on us, and we are not always able to influence the delivery
of goods abroad. But we always inform our customers about any delays and hope
for your understanding.

Order
How can I make an order on My Little Pie?
Buying on www.mylittlepie.com
is very simple. Just click on the item you want, select the size, and click
“Add to Cart." A confirmation window will appear with a link to the cart
to proceed with the purchase. You can continue your shopping and go to the cart
later.
When you are ready to make the purchase, you will have to go to the “Shopping
Cart” section, where you will see the summary of your order.
At this point, you will have to select the country of shipment, the type of
shipment, and the coupon code in case there are promotions in progress. By
clicking on “Confirm Order” you can proceed with the purchase.
Has my order been placed?
Our system will automatically send an order
confirmation letter to your provided email address as soon as your order has
been placed. As soon as the transaction is reviewed and approved by your
payment provider, you will receive a second letter with the information that
your order has been processed successfully. If you do not receive any of those,
please check your spam or bulk folder, and if you still cannot find it, please
contact us.

Can I cancel an order or
add/remove a product from an order?
It is not possible to add or remove items from an existing order.
However, you can make another order, and we will correct the shipping cost
afterward.

I cannot order or find a
product I saw on your social media
All the models presented on our website are available to buy.
If you can't find a print/model here, on www.mylittlepie.com, it could
mean, that you have seen the model from the previous collection, which is out
of stock at the moment.

business order?

Delivery
In which
countries do you ship? Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all the countries of Europe and a large part of the
extra-European territory worldwide. To be sure that your country is included,
look at the list of countries in the delivery terms. Remember, you can always

Where are the products
purchased on My Little Pie shipped from?
All products purchased on
www.mylittlepie.com are shipped from our warehouse in Kyiv, Ukraine.
How long does it take to
prepare an order for shipping?
The order is prepared for
shipment within 2 working days of confirmation of receipt of payment.
How long will my order take to
arrive?
Delivery times depend on the
country of delivery. Worldwide shipments are usually delivered within 7-14
days.

How much cost the shipping?
The shipping price varies
depending on the country ( in most cases there is a fixed delivery cost - 35
euros).
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. In most cases,
there shouldn’t be any additional taxes on the shipment.
Can I change my delivery
address?
You can change the delivery
address or any information by requesting our customer support

Payment
What different forms of payment do you have?
Online Payment: Today, you can
pay for your goods on www.mylittlepie.com with credit and debit cards (Visa,
Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro) from any country in the world, as well
as many other payment methods.
PayPal: if you want to shop safely and smoothly, PayPal is a good option. With
a PayPal account, you will be able to pay easily with your e-mail address and
password only, without having to provide your card number.
Where is my invoice?
Your pre-invoice will always
be emailed to the email address you provided at www.mylittlepie.com with the
sender “My Little Pie”.
The actual invoice will be emailed by our payment system partner, "Fondy”
or PayPal (depending on payment method), when the order payment proceeds.
Why was my card declined?
If your credit
card has been declined, it can be for a number of reasons, including:
You have written a number
wrong.

You have written the date or security code (CVV)
wrong.

The name and address do not match the address the Bank
has on file for you.

Your Bank has refused it for security reasons.
·
There are not enough funds to cover the payment.
If you contact your credit
card provider or bank, they will tell you why they have declined it.
