How long it takes to receive my order?
*In connection
with the situation in the world, for today parcels will be shipped within 14–30
days (7-20 days on average).
Depending on the destination, but not more than 14 days on average.
Standard delivery is provided by the services with a delivery period of up to 2
weeks, by courier to the door or the Post Office. Delivery time includes only
business days, excluding weekends, national and state holidays, and force
majeure circumstances.
Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, but sometimes
your order may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied
by your local customs authority. Product prices are displayed exclusive of all
taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and
taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the
country you are shipping to.
In most cases,
there shouldn’t be any additional taxes on the shipment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE
DISPATCHED?
We aim to
dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment, except during public
holidays when there may be extra delays. The delivery times provided by My
Little Pie are estimates only. My Little Pie will not be held accountable for
late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
If your order is for a special occasion and is needed by a specific date, feel
free to get in contact with us by emailing hello@mylittlepie.com, and we will
do our best to get your order delivered in time!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After you have
completed your purchase and your order has been dispatched from our warehouse,
you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. This email will provide
you with the necessary tracking details for your order.
CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR
ORDER
Unfortunately, My Little Pie is unable to accept any
changes to a confirmed order. If you have accidentally entered incorrect
shipping details, we can amend these only if the order has not been shipped
yet.
In case of cancellation of an already sent order, the
refund will be made within 3-7 working days through the page where the payment
was made. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund total.
RETURNS
We hope you
are happy with everything you buy from My Little Pie.
If you are
unsatisfied with your garment(s), you may return it to us for an exchange or
refund.
All items
must be unworn, untarnished, and unwashed with original tags and packaging
intact.
This
excludes items that have been personalized for you:
- underwear
- hosiery
- goods for newborns (sleepsuits, bodysuits,
pajamas, shorties, etc.), refurbished items, and clearance items.
You have 15
days from the day of purchase to return your items for a full refund.
If you
received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at
mylittlepie.official@gmail.com or hello@mylittlepie.com with the subject “wrong
item” and your order number, and they will help you.
My Little
Pie will do everything to deliver items to you, in excellent condition. If you
receive a damaged item, please email mylittlepie.official@gmail.com or
hello@mylittlepie.com with the subject “reclaim”. Before sending the item back,
please email a picture of the damaged product and explain the problem.
My Little
Pie will pay for the shipping back to our facility, regarding reclaims.
Return
product/s will be assessed, and we will notify you if your return has been
accepted. Item/s which do not satisfy the above conditions of Return will not
be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
The above policies relate only to purchases
made from the mylittlepie.com website. All items purchased elsewhere must be
returned to the original place of purchase, including faulty items. In this
instance, the policies of that retail store will apply in terms of exchange or
refund for change of mind. Your rights under the law for faulty items still
apply.
